How wonderful to have you here. My name is Carla Roos, and I’ve proudly called the Costa Brava home for more than 20 years. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of Dutch and international clients find their place in this beautiful region. I began with holiday rentals and property management, and gradually expanded into guiding clients through the purchase of their dream home.

As of January 2025, we carefully handed over our rental activities. This allows me to fully focus on what I truly love most: guiding you in finding your dream home in Spain. In short, I’ll be right by your side — calmly, without stress and without surprises — with personal attention always at the heart of everything I do.

As an independent buying coach, I don’t work for sellers, estate agents or agencies. I work for you. With honest advice, personal commitment and in-depth knowledge of the region, I make sure you can buy safely, wisely and with complete confidence.

Thanks to my many years of experience working with international homeowners — and through buying, renovating and managing properties myself — I know exactly where the pitfalls lie and how you can avoid them. From the very first viewing to the final handover of the keys, I guide you step by step.
